Overview

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you an exchange. We will try to exchange items even though the 30 days period has ended. This is however not guaranteed and out of courtesy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom made products like 3d-prints
  • Event tickets
  • Trading card game single cards
  • Items with a price deduction because of a damaged box (missing and damaged components still qualify for service)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Terms and conditions

We don't normally offer refunds for instore purchases. We're not able to do cash returns . Weborders have a 14-day right of return. Event tickets can't be returned or cancelled.

Exchanges

If a game is incomplete or damaged, we'll do our best to fix the issue. Most of the times, we are able to order replacement parts from the manufacturer. In a few cases, the manufacturer prefers to send the replacement directly to your adress. We will ask for a way of contacting you.
