The prerelease starts at 11:00Walk in starts at 10:30 your pre-registration will be forfeit after 10:50the event costs 35 Euro. You wil recieve 6 OP-17 packs and must build a 40 card deck with the cards in those 6 packs.the leader used during this event is the Rainbow Luffy (given as a promo at the vent) or one of the leaders opened from one of your 6 packs.Rainbow Luffy is included in the event pack (only the luffy from this event pack may be used).There will also be price support for positive scoring players.
